Our work generally begins with a planning "retreat". The main goal for this session is to lay the initial foundation by developing strategic goals and a tactical plan of action to further the success of your business. The "deliverables" provided to you at the end of the retreat will include a business situation analysis that documents organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; a statement of your corporate values and mission statement; major organization strategies by which you can accomplish objectives and goals; key departmental objectives and goals, including action steps for each; and an annual profit plan or budget.
